ブラジル 深煎り

　珈琲は、一般に深煎りになるにつれて苦みは増しますが、味は軽くなっていきます。
　コーヒー豆自体の重さも軽くなっていきます。その分深煎りの方が少し価格が高くなることもあります。

　一週間ほど前よりブラジルの深煎りをメニューに加えております。

　さっぱりした苦みと芳ばしい香りで深煎りとしては比較的飲みやすいコーヒーです。

　ブラジルの中煎りと飲み比べてみるのも面白いかもしれません。
