しょっつるを使った伝統料理、創作料理が会場に集結します。
珈音からはしょっつるを使ったドリアを出品いたします。
試食もできます。
そして、男鹿の家庭では今でもしょっつるを作られている方がおります。
材料の魚の種類、作り方など様々で、そういったしょっつるのサンプルもたくさん集まっています。
諸井醸造さんよりしょっつるの説明を聞くこともできます。
うれしいことに、しょっつる鍋とおにぎり（北の風）が100人分ほど無料で用意されております。
