男鹿市五里合にある滝の頭水源地です。
マイナスイオンたっぷり。
きれいな水がいろいろなところから湧いてきます。
寒風山にしみこんだ雨が再び地上にあらわれるまで20年以上かかるそうです。
上の写真の水が水路を通り、道路わきの水くみ場まで流れていきます。
管理事務所で許可をもらうと誰でも見学することができます。
見学時間は午前9時～午後4時。
